Description The Homeland and Force Protection Business Area within the National Security Sector of Leidos is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager responsible for securing and winning new business opportunities in the Force Protection markets. This role requires a strategic approach to business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a track record of successful capture efforts in the Federal contracting space. The successful candidate will have experience managing all aspects of the capture strategy, developing solutions for opportunities, and fostering strong customer relationships. Additionally, the candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience or a Master's with 13+ years of relevant experience. A current Secret or higher level security clearance is preferred. Pay Range: $144,300.00 - $260,850.00 The pay range is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Factors considered in extending an offer include responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
