In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to: As the Digital Project Manager, you'll be part of the Epiroc Attachments division (ATD) team, reporting to the Industrial Tools and Attachments business line Director of Customer Marketing. You will be responsible for developing digital properties and capabilities that support all forms of digital marketing. You will work closely with the marketing and IT teams to develop, maintain, and enhance online and digital properties in support of the digital strategy for the business line and division, including: Lead the development, management, and ongoing enhancement of digital properties and capabilities that support all forms of web and digital executions. Partner closely with the marketing/communication and IT teams across the division and company to develop, maintain, and enhance online properties, digital strategy, and PIM management. Gather internal and external customer requirements and use them to create in-depth marketing and functional requirements documents for scoping, prioritization, and implementation with internal and external web design, and IT teams or external agencies. Manage large-scale web projects, including drafting project initiation documents, gaining internal customer approvals, and ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery. Track the performance of digital campaigns, listings, and properties using established KPIs. Evaluate market research, test results, and competitive intelligence to adjust strategies. Use data, analytics, and competitive benchmarking to continually optimize digital properties. Act as project manager for digital development initiatives including coordinating deliverables and establishing deadlines. Work cross-functionally to develop a consistent online presence and experience, identify opportunities to increase conversion, and cultivate improved relationships with our audiences. Collaborate with IT, external agencies, and internal digital marketing team members to develop and manage digital capabilities, including chat, web forms, dynamic content, retargeting, PIM, and more. Identify and develop new digital traffic-driving opportunities to increase reach, customer acquisition, and sales. Work closely with the Project Manager Brand Communication to create digital content for ATD Customer Solutions Center. Experience and requirements: You're a curious problem solver who can bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer experiences. You also have: Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or IT and digital property management. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage complex web development and marketing projects, including IT integrations. Knowledge of best practices across various digital functions, such as web development, engagement, remarketing, and acquisition marketing (including email, banner ads, online video, paid search, and SEO), as well as web analytics. Experience with content management systems like Drupal, Sitecore, or Adobe Experience Manager is preferred. Practical knowledge of front-end web languages (HTML5, CSS) and industry best practices. Experience with web analytics and reporting tools, particularly Google Analytics. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
