The Director of Cash Connect will be responsible for leading and overseeing the Bank's Cash Connect services and operations. This senior leadership role involves strategic planning, business development, and operational excellence to ensure the effective management and growth of the Cash Connect division. The Director will work closely with the Executive team and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Cash Connect division, aligning with the Bank's overall goals and objectives. Provide visionary and strategic leadership to ensure the division's growth and competitiveness in the market. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Promote collaboration and effective communication within the team and across departments. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. Expand the Bank's Cash Connect services to enhance market share, deepen client relationships and customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary representative of the Cash Connect division. Ensure exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Cash Connect division to ensure efficiency, compliance, and cost-effective management of resources and high-quality service delivery. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Drive processes to optimize and automate accounting cash and improve accuracy and efficiency. Manage the division's budget, ensuring financial targets/goals are met. Monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and implement strategies to drive profitability. Establish internal control policies and procedures working with the Finance Office. Act as the primary spokesperson for the company, representing Cash Connect to clients, stakeholders, and the public. Maintain effective communications with the COO, providing regular updates on company performance. Ability to work with the FP&A, Tax Team, Investor Relations and other senior leaders on all aspects of the Cash Connect functions. Drive innovation and technology integration within the Cash Connect division to improve efficiency and service delivery. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 7 years in a senior management role within cash management or treasury services at a financial institution. Must have entrepreneurial attitude towards building a business. Must have Proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams. Must have demonstrated technical experience with complex cash management processes. Must have proven success managing complex business entities, and proven ability to handle the cash and debt reporting duties. Must have demonstrated ability to understand the details behind transactions, understand business processes and resolve issues at a deep level with the acumen to drive process efficiencies.
