Litigation Paralegal - Personal Injury Seeking a proficient paralegal to join a vibrant, high-energy law firm. Qualifications: 2-3 years experience as a litigation paralegal Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Must be experienced in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite/Workspace Experience with Filevine is preferred. Must be able to handle case management and administrative duties including meeting deadlines. Handle office management responsibilities. Must be task-oriented and result-driven. Experience in marketing. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Schedule depositions, meetings, mediations, hearings. Assist attorneys in drafting and preparing all documents. Maintain office schedules. Send out correspondence to parties via email or certified mail. Manage emails, phone calls, and voicemails. Organizing, maintaining, and managing case files. Tracking filing and response deadlines.
