Paint Line operator

Nesco Resource, a 14-time Best in Staffing Award winner, is hiring a 2nd Shift Paint Line Operator for a reputable metal fabrication company on Cleveland's East Side. This temp-to-hire position offers $16.75/hour with hours from 1:30 PM to 11 PM. About the Role: As a Paint Line Operator, you'll work in a production paint booth using a 2K wet paint system, applying coatings to meet specifications. Youll mix and spray products, ensuring quality finishes on parts. What Youll Do: Review work orders and identify job specs and materials. Prepare parts for coating and set up racking. Apply protective coatings to products using spray equipment. Inspect finished parts for quality and unload them for transport. Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety guidelines. Assist with other related duties as needed. What Were Looking For: Previous powder coating experience. Strong attention to detail. Ability to read prints/schematics and follow instructions.
