Global Fund Banking Portfolio Management VP1

This role involves managing lending and credit for Venture Capital and Private Equity client relationships within the Global Fund Banking division. Responsibilities include leading due diligence and deal structuring, partnering with Relationship Management for credit product delivery and negotiation, and proactive portfolio management. This role also involves engaging with clients, staying informed of market trends, and leading the structuring, underwriting, and closing of credit products for assigned prospects and clients. A bachelor's degree and 2 years of Portfolio Management experience are required. Preferred qualifications include: Excellent credit analysis and portfolio management skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Ability to lead due diligence, underwriting, and documentation processes independently Able to manage a portfolio of loans proactively and provide guidance to less experienced staff members First Citizens Benefits programs are available for full-time associates.
