Together. Every day. We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist to join our Marketing Team working a hybrid schedule from our Colonie, NY or Boston, MA office. YOUR IMPACT CHA's corporate support teams provide vital specialized services to our technical business lines and market teams including, financial, legal, marketing, business development, human resources, information technology and operational services. These teams may also support clients when their skills and expertise are required. The Senior Marketing Coordinator/Proposal Specialist will lead pursuits from capture plan through submission and interview, prepare documentation for pursuit team, schedule proposal calls including kick-offs and debriefs, support management and marketing of assigned tier client accounts, create and update market qualifications packages, collaborate with other members of the marketing team, as well as numerous other miscellaneous marketing and development-related tasks. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, or other related field of study preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience Experience in AEC industry preferred Demonstrated writing and editing skills Proven to be client focused Experience using Adobe InDesign for document layout Outgoing and energetic individual who is a self-starter Experience in managing a marketing project from start to finish Strong ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail SALARY RANGE: $67,000 - $83,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
