Director of IT Job Num: 55829 h5 Job Description Job Title: Director of IT Classification: Exempt Salary: 100K-105K Department: Operations/Headquarter Reports To: EVP/COO Location: Brea, CA Overview IT Director manages and supervises an organization's technical operations which includes overseeing IT department employees and ensuring all technology systems and applications support the organization's goals and objectives. Responsibilities: Manage IT operations and supervise systems and IT staff Develop strategy as it relates to the organization's IT infrastructure (computer and information systems, security, communication systems) Develop, manage, and track the IT department's annual budget Consult senior-level management across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems Develop and maintain internal IT compliance policies Provide direction, guidance, and training to IT staff Report directly to the board members on critical activities and PL analysis Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 8+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization Excellent leadership and decision-making skills Strong knowledge of project management principles To apply please email your resume to Job Details City: Brea State: CA Job Type: Permanent Job Salary High: 105000.00 Salary Low: 100000.00 Languages: English Hours of Operation: 9AM- 6PM(1?????)
