Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our dynamic staffing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and assisting in the hiring process for permanent positions across various departments. Your primary focus will be to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates for permanent roles. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit for open positions. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all logistics are managed efficiently. Job Posting: Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they accurately reflect the job requirements and company culture. Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database, tracking the progress of applicants through the recruitment process. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on candidate status. Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and maintaining a positive candidate experience. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively source and attract top talent. Administrative Support: Assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and managing onboarding processes. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related role Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
