Automation Engineer I - Power Grid We are seeking an Automation Engineer I to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for programming the integration of switchgear automation, providing testing, and offering customer support. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Preparing switchgear automation solution proposals Applying product knowledge of relays, programming, and communication in switchgear distribution automation applications Providing technical support to sales/marketing, production engineering, and customers for customized distribution automation solutions Designing logic, programming relays and controllers, and testing systems for projects Developing flexible program templates and software solutions for customizable product packages Assisting with minor modifications for specific customer applications Training and assisting customers with installations and commissioning If you hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, possess excellent interpersonal skills, have strong industrial/utility programming understanding, and are willing to travel, we encourage you to apply.
