Senior Estimator

Title: Senior Estimator Location: Charlotte, NC Responsibilities: Participates in project approach plan and proposal kickoff meetings as requested. Carries out estimating assignments in accordance with estimating project approach; implements quality control measures to ensure accuracy and completeness of estimates Analyze project plans, specifications, and requirements to develop accurate cost estimates. Prepare detailed and itemized estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and cost. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for estimates. Drive continuous improvement by collaborating with the dealer network to evaluate unsuccessful bids and apply those insights to enhance future bid strategies. Participate in cross-functional projects with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and Executive management team. Experience: Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated success in a similar position. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems under pressure. Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and method's Proficiency in estimating software and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
