Description The WTW Private Equity and Transaction Solutions (PE&TS) industry vertical provides a full spectrum of commercial insurance, employee benefits and transactional services for private equity firms and their portfolio companies. The PE&TS engagement with a client begins with due diligence support in evaluating the costs, liabilities and exposures of potential acquisitions. After close, WTW manages the portfolio company's insurance program through the private equity firm's hold period and beyond. This senior level position supports PE&TS Producers by overseeing the entire lifecycle of a portfolio company from initial engagement, conversion of the portfolio company to a WTW client, management of the portfolio company programs post-closing, and supporting post-closing placement and ongoing operational needs. This senior level role is critical to the stewardship of our key private equity relationships. The Role Support our PE&TS team in overseeing and managing key private equity client and prospect relationships. Manage transition of target company from initial engagement through M&A due diligence and transaction close, ensuring a smooth transition at each step. Responsible for liaising with WTW service teams to ensure the implementation of the portfolio strategy post-closing including adherence to a culture of responsiveness and high-caliber deliverables. Ensure continuous support and stewardship of key private equity clients including monitoring portfolio company renewals, large claims, integration of add on deals, material changes in business and annual stewardship reporting. Monitor, aggregate, and present data analytics information internally and externally to meet accountability requirements of our private equity clients. Provide recommendations on products and services relevant to our private equity clients and drive new business opportunities for portfolio companies not already clients of WTW Ensure that client engagement, contract formation and service delivery processes are fully compliant with Group policies across all territorial, legal and regulatory domains Serve as a strong role model and influence on others for best Client Advocate practices Qualifications The Requirements At least 7+ years' client management and/or insurance brokering experience, preferably from an industry-leading insurance broker. Demonstrable and current in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Private Equity sector and industries in which these clients invest, including the main products & services produced and processes used to support transactions, transition, and ongoing service needs Bachelor's Degree Ability to communicate professionally (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal skills including commitment to a team environment and collaboration. Self-motivated with the ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management, organization, and prioritization skills are essential Holds, or is working towards, an appropriate professional designation (e.g. CPCU, ARM); valid Broker license essential The candidate must have a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office systems Previous managerial or leadership experience in a client-facing mandate would be highly advantageous Compensation and Benefits Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only). Compensation The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $250,000- $325,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
