A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing Litigation team in San Francisco. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and research support to partners, associates, and clients in all legal matters. Manage all aspects of litigation, including case intake, discovery, and trial preparation. Handle trial logistics, including remote office setup, vendor coordination, and on-site trial support. Assist with blue booking, cite checking briefs, and creating Tables of Authorities using Best Authority. Coordinate with courts, agencies, expert witnesses, and other outside entities for depositions, trials, and arbitrations. Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years litigation paralegal experience. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; paralegal certification preferred. Proficiency with e-filing in state and federal courts. Strong knowledge of blue booking and cite checking briefs. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Experience with Relativity and legal research platforms such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, and BloombergLaw. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed for trials. Location: San Francisco Work Setup: Hybrid Salary: $100,000-135,000/yr depending on the experience
