Quality Control Manager

What your future day will look like: Lead the quality team conducting product inspections/testing ensuring quality standards are maintained Train quality control associates on proper production quality standards Work to maintain a high level customer service by investigating/resolving product quality issues Analyze/document data and product specifications to determine/maintain quality standards Conduct Root Cause Analysis investigations to resolve and prevent quality issues Provide support for company and customer audits.
