Solar + BESS EPC Projects Construction Manager

About the Role: The Construction Manager is responsible for providing leadership and managing the operational and financial aspects of solar + BESS EPC projects. They will serve as the primary liaison with the client's site project team, ensuring safe, quality, timely, and efficient completion of the project. The Construction Manager will oversee all project site activities and manage work performed by Subcontractors. Additionally, they will be responsible for adhering to safety and risk management policies, as well as ensuring compliance with project execution plans and schedules. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to create a team environment that motivates and develops personnel. Essential Functions: The responsibilities of the Construction Manager include site security and safety, implementation of project execution plans, proactive management of the project schedule, client relationship management, staff coordination, budget and cost management, and adherence to corporate policies and objectives. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have Cal OSHA 30-hour Construction training, experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Primavera 6, and Microsoft Project scheduling software, as well as demonstrated experience in Construction Management and leadership of people. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. This position requires travel and on-site presence during the construction phase.
