Night Shift HVAC Technician

Description We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to work night shifts and some holidays. The hours for this position are 5:30PM - 6:00AM. The HVAC Technician will be responsible for inspecting, repairing, modifying, and installing HVAC equipment, as well as conducting regular preventive maintenance inspections. Additionally, the technician will perform skilled electrical maintenance work and basic carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication work associated with facilities maintenance. Primary Responsibilities: Inspect, repair, modify, and install HVAC equipment Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections Perform skilled electrical maintenance work Basic carpentry, mechanical, plumbing, and sheet metal fabrication work Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience in installing or maintaining HVAC systems or Building Maintenance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb and work from a ladder, kneel for long periods of time, and work above ceilings or below floors Basic knowledge of using proper PPE for each task Must be able to work 12-hour shifts and some holidays Pay Range: $28.00-34.00 Hourly + SCA and overnight differential Original Posting Date: The job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days.
