Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist: Shift Details: 12H Variable (12:00 AM-12:00 PM) 36 hours per week Assist Physical Therapists in providing physical therapy services to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement and carry out prescribed treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to help patients improve physical function and mobility Requirements for the Physical Therapist: Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program from an accredited institution Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in Illinois or eligibility for state licensure Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, modalities, and patient care procedures Minimum 6 months experience Experience in SNF setting Compensation and Schedule: 36 hours per week Length: 13 weeks Payrate: $1,029 - $1228 per week Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Per diem, PRN, Travel nursing Pay: $1,193.00 - $1,228.00 per week Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 4% Match Flexible schedule Referral program Medical Specialty: Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine Schedule: 5x8 Day shift Morning shift License/Certification: CPR Certification (Preferred) Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Required) Ability to Commute: Macomb, IL (Required) Ability to Relocate: Macomb, IL: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
