A wonderful real estate firm based out of GREAT NECK, New York is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support their Property Management Team $60-75k base + OT eligible + benefits The company offers a great work-life balance and hybrid work schedule, 4 days in office/1 remote with the hours of 9am-5pm This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to work with a close-knit team in a collaborative work environment. Real Estate experience is a PLUS & experience with Yardi required Duties/Responsibilities: Provide clerical and administrative support to department staff including a VP and Property Managers Create/edit general correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc. Open, sort and distribute incoming mail. Answer the departments telephone calls and take messages as needed. Create letters, obtain necessary signatures/witness/notary where designated. Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices. Process lease renewals; prepare and review lease abstracts; process rent bills for distribution. Assure receipt of all legal documents pertaining to leased apartments and review documents for accuracy and completeness. Skills/Requirements 2-5+ years experience Excellent communication skills, team oriented mindset Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.
