Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. BS degree with minimum of 5-9 years of project management experience or MS/MBA degree with 3 years of project management experience or 2-year Degree with 8 years of project management experience. Valid driver's license. CDG Project Management and Resource Planning Training Programs. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to apply a broad knowledge of principles relative to the field. Must demonstrate the ability to successfully manage projects small in complexity. Ability to work on and manage a variety of technical tasks. For project managers over engineering design projects, basic level of computer-aided design using AutoCAD, and Civil 3D preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Seeing, hearing, talking, standing, stooping, bending, walking, reading, and writing. Reaching with hands and arms. Ability to lift 25 lbs. or more. Ability to work extended hours at times. Environment: Predominantly office environment: some overnight travel is required. The noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate. Occasionally works in outside weather conditions, possibly for extended assignments. The noise level on the construction site is often loud.
