Psychological Services Director

Milton Hershey School (MHS) is currently in need of a full-time Psychological Services Director. The Director will oversee the Psychological Services Program, providing administrative and clinical leadership to ensure the mental health and wellness of MHS students. This role requires a PhD or Psy.D. in counseling, school psychology, or clinical psychology from an APA-accredited institution, along with Pennsylvania licensure as a psychologist. The salary ranges from $138,000 to $184,000 based on experience. Pennsylvania Certification as a school psychologist is preferred Prior experience in program development and supervision in an APA nationally accredited Pre-doctoral Internship Program is required Minimum of 8 years of experience supervising a team that provides psychological/diagnostic services to children Pre-K to12 grades Knowledge of and/or experience in comprehensive community health services plans and in standards-based schools preferred
