Reporting to the Culinary Services Director, the Part-Time Cook is responsible for preparing and serving meals in compliance with dietary standards and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment. Key duties include food preparation, inventory control, supervision of servers, and ensuring that resident's dietary needs are met. The ideal candidate will have a Serve Safe Certification, knowledge of food safety regulations, and experience in food preparation. This role requires physical ability to lift up to 40-50lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in a hot environment. Weekend, holiday, and extended hours may be required.
