Corporate Trainer

Title: Trainer Type: Perm Location: Brooklyn, NY US citizens and Green Card Holders and those authorized to work in the US are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor H1b candidates at this time . Key Responsibilities: Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored training programs. Design and deliver interactive workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules. Facilitate onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, and leadership development training. Evaluate training effectiveness and update content based on feedback. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training. Qualifications: Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Familiarity with various training methods, including in-person and virtual. A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum Pay Rate for this position is $45k/Annum to $55k/Annum
