Out of town candidates will not be considered** Financial Analyst The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting financial data and identifying key trends and potential business challenges. They will leverage insights gained from data analysis to communicate significant findings and recommendations to company leadership, helping to guide business decisions. Forecasting, Budgeting, and Variance Analysis for a Non-Profit Organization: Forecasting: Anticipates future revenue streams and expenses for strategic planning. Involves projecting donations, grants, and other income based on historical data and trends. Estimates potential costs for ongoing and future programs. Budgeting: Translates forecasts into a detailed financial plan. Ensures resources are allocated efficiently to align with the organizations mission. Serves as a financial roadmap for guiding spending decisions and avoiding overspending. Variance Analysis: Compares actual financial results to the budget throughout the year. Identifies discrepancies or variances, whether from lower-than-expected donations or unexpected expenses. Helps management adjust forecasts and realign spending based on insights. Supports flexibility and ensures the organization meets financial and programmatic goals while maintaining fiscal responsibility. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience. 03 years of experience in financial analysis and modeling. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data manipulation and analysis.
