Company vehicle, full benefits package and more..... 3 positions open! ! - Jamestown - Rochester - Syracuse Responsibilities: Respond to service calls for repairs in commercial buildings Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in commercial HVAC equipment, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems, refrigeration Perform repairs on existing equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation Occasionally replace and install new HVAC/R equipment Maintain detailed service records Prioritize safety procedures and adhere to all company policies Experience working on Cooling Towers, Pumps, Electronic Controls, EMS, as well as commercial HVAC equipment to 25 tons Understanding 3 phase power and being able to work on cooling towers and supporting equipment Qualifications: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service and repair with refrigeration Strong understanding of commercial HVAC/R systems, including cooling towers, pumps, drives, RTUs, and split systems Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver's license EPA 608 certification (or willingness to obtain) Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package / Company vehicle Opportunity for professional growth and development Stable work environment with a reputable company Variety in your daily tasks, with a mix of repairs, replacements, and installations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Company truck Dental insurance Fuel card Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Available Year round work Experience: HVAC: 3 - 5 years+ (Preferred) License/Certification: EPA Universal Certification Work Location: On the road
