Data Center Operations Manager/Engineer

Job Description We are seeking a Data Center Operations Manager/Engineer to join our team at the National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC). This role involves overseeing all data center operations, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols, and providing support for maintenance and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to define and monitor data center processes, manage equipment installation and maintenance, and supervise vendors and subcontractors. This is a 100% on-site position located at the Intelligence Community Campus in Bethesda. Responsibilities: Define and monitor data center processes Coordinate equipment installation and maintenance Supervise vendors and subcontractors Ensure compliance with data center security protocols Prepare reports on data center operations Provide 24/7 support for emergency incidents Requirements: Experience in an AGILE environment Knowledge of hardware configuration baselines Experience with Data Center Strategy, Planning, and Roadmap maintenance Understanding of power infrastructure and environmental monitoring DoD 8570.11- IAT Level II certification Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience US Citizenship and TS/SCI with Poly clearance
