Responsibilities: • Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members • Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel's food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule • Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures • Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs • Report on guest satisfaction scores and make suggestions Qualifications: • Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards • Food handling license required • High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred • 3+ years in food and beverage management or supervision • Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 DOE • Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 per year
