Description We are seeking a motivated and skilled Senior Business Opportunity Acquisition Manager to join our team. Develop and execute capture strategies for approved pursuit efforts Orchestrate all aspects of bid strategy, including cost/price strategy and position to win Manage relationships with partners and corporate staff for solution development Lead capture teams and foster a culture of winning ethically Participate in business planning activities, proposal reviews, and more Conduct after-action reviews to document lessons learned Basic Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Familiarity with federal government solicitation tools Proven record of success managing capture efforts in federal contracting Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent) Preferred Qualifications Prior business development experience with national security agencies Ability to gain internal support and establish solid working relationships Current Secret or higher level security clearance
