Director Chemical Manufacturing Southeastern Massachusetts Our client is seeking an experienced senior manager with technical expertise in bulk and/or specialty chemical engineering. Primary Responsibilities Oversee a team of engineers and scientists to ensure effective operations and employee development Manage operations for bulk and specialty chemical production and support process, project, and product development Lead quality, compliance, and equipment troubleshooting Prepare expenditure proposals for company site Candidate Qualifications Minimum of a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field Technical expertise in chemical engineering and production, chemical process equipment, and automation > 5 years of leadership experience managing direct reports and scientific teams Preferred qualifications include Lean Certification and experience with PSM systems and OSHA regulations Salary: $170-220K annual base salary commensurate with experience Company bonus Health, dental, and vision insurance 401k with company match APPLY NOW!
