We are currently seeking a Production Assistant. The Production Assistant is responsible track Pre production samples, update SAP with factory packing lists, and assist where needed on internal projects. This role will coordinate with design and tech to ensure target dates are met for sample approval. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: The essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): Maintain Purchase orders in RLM. Maintain Styles and costing in PLM Keep up on Shipments and update Shipments in RLM. communication with Overseas Mills and Trim suppliers. Communication with Overseas Agents, Vendors and factories. monitor and maintain WIP (Work in Progress) report on the on-going styles. up with Factories on all type of samples from Proto to TOP samples. Factory cost sheets and approve in consultation with Manager. send Packages. communication and collaboration with internal teams and departments. Production related meetings. work closely and report to Production Manager Development to exchange information to ensure calendar adherence. Wholesale/large production volume experience required Minimum 1-2 years related experience Working knowledge of the production process from development through finished goods at warehouse. Proficient in MS Office PLM experience a plus Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills Strong project management skills Strong communication skills Ability to multi task and prioritize Bachelors degree Salary Range: *Actual base salary for this role within the above range will be based upon experience, qualifications and/or assigned unit.
