Litigation Paralegal

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This position is full-time, onsite. Responsibilities: Assisting attorneys with commercial litigation matters Drafting legal documents including motions, pleadings, discovery requests Conducting e-Discovery Performing legal research Corresponding with clients E-filing in State and Federal courts Requirements: 3+ years of recent litigation paralegal experience E-filing including PACER Everlaw experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment The anticipated salary range for this position is between $65,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience.
