Technology (Software) Investment Banking Associate

Metis Search are currently partnered with a leading Technology focused Investment Bank who are adding Associates to their New York office.Applicants should have the following credentials:2+ years of Software IB experience;M&A transaction experience from pitch to close;Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc;Comfortable speaking with C level executives;Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis;Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, both verbal and written;Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for excellence;Transactional experience as part of small team - drafting CIMs, managing data room, buyer outreach, managing diligence process etc; Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship of work visa.
