With national and international expertise, their team navigates cases across all 50 states and foreign venues, handling investigatory, regulatory, trial, and appellate levels with precision.We're currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years in insurance defense and product liability litigation to represent a dynamic client base, including air carriers, corporate clients, and more. Key case areas include personal injury, wrongful death, property damage, cargo loss, and general tort claims.Key Qualifications:Juris Doctor with a solid academic foundationAdmitted to practice in New York (admission in NJ and CT is a plus)3-5 years in insurance defense, product liability, and wrongful death litigationStrong skills in deposition and motion practicePassion for trial work; trial experience is preferred but not mandatory
