BSA/AML Supervisor

Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a BSAAML Supervisor to join their Enterprise Risk Management Division.Position Overview: The ideal candidate will oversee BSAAML compliance operations and manage a team of Enterprise Risk Management Representatives. This role is critical in protecting the institution from legal, regulatory, and reputational risks while ensuring compliance with BSA, AML, and Patriot Act requirements.Location: Philadelphia Area Type: Full-time, Hybrid Salary: $56,000 - $75,000Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of ERM RepresentativesOversee daily BSA and Deposit Fraud prevention operationsReview and investigate complex suspicious activity casesManage high-risk account due diligence processesSupervise SAR and CTR filing proceduresAssist with BSAAML policy development and implementationReview and respond to 314(a) and 314(b) requestsContribute to BSA risk assessment and ID Theft risk assessmentDevelop and deliver compliance training programsMonitor evolving regulations and fraud techniquesRequired Qualifications:3-5 years of BSAAML experienceBSAAML certificationPrior management experienceKnowledge of Bank Secrecy Act and Regulation CCUnderstanding of federalstate financial regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAssociate's degree or equivalent specialized trainingPreferred Skills:Experience with financial software applicationsKnowledge of accounting, real estate law, and lending proceduresBackground in credit union operationsTrainingdevelopment experienceBenefits:Competitive base salaryComprehensive health benefits401(k) with generous company matchPaid time offHybrid work arrangementProfessional development opportunitiesOur client offers a collaborative work environment and opportunities for career advancement within a growing organization.
