Controller (40199) Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for a Controller. This company is looking for someone with 7+ years of experience, strong business acumen, and excellent leadership skills. This company provides a close-knit team, growing organization, and collaborative culture. This position is onsite.The salary for this job is $130k - $160k.The Controller will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: RESPONSIBILITIES Perform month end and year end accounting functions in a timely and accurate manner to prepare financial statements and tax returns.Ensure financial controls are enforced.Understand financial reporting, budgeting, and have ability to forecast future performance.Assist with Cash collections, receiving, posting, and management.Perform special projects as required in the areas of office administration, accounting systems, computer systems, and data base systems,.Develop and maintain working relationships across all internal organizations.The Controller will possess the following: EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelors Degree in Accounting.7+ years of experience with 3-5 with direct supervision responsibilities.Full understanding of the financial reporting process.Ability to perform critical thinking and plan for future growth.Continuous improvement mindset and an exceptional problem solver.Equal Opportunity Employer The compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
