The Marketing Assistant supports the team in executing campaigns, managing social media, and coordinating promotional activities. They assist the Marketing Operations Manager with daily tasks, projects, optimizing workflow, and adapting to new procedures as needed. This role involves content creation, data analysis, and collaboration to align projects with brand strategy, along with tracking performance and generating reports to drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaignsCoordinate with different teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Track campaign performance and provide reports.Coordinate with internal departments, such as sales, retail, product development, etc. to align on marketing effortsCommunicate campaign progress and results to directorsmanagersOrganization of Asana tickets for campaigns, launches, tasks, projects, etc.Managing the operations admin to make sure they meet all due dates for monthly expense reports and itiating, managing, tracking, and overseeing all request forms for all incoming projects and to report to the manager of status.Manage inventory count and apparel archiving in Marketing HQ office.Performs work under direct supervision.Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.Diligent, Punctual, and Ready to work!Perform other duties as needed in support of business objectives assigned by the supervisor.?Note: This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee(s) incumbent in this position.
