In addition, demonstrated coaching and mentoring experienceExperience leading technology projectsStrong hands-on coding experience with Java, Springboot, Microservices APIs etc.Experience managing technologistsProficient in automation and continuous delivery methodsProficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life CycleAdvanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CICD, Application Resiliency, and SecuritySuccessfully delivered solutions using one of the cloud platforms e.g. AWSGCPAzure PCFIntegrated with messaging platforms e.g. RabbitMQ Kafka cloud messaging enterprise messagingApplied distributed caching solutions like Redis, Memcache, etc.Experience working on API Gateway such as Axway or ApigeeIn-depth knowledge of the Retail industry and their IT systemsExperience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field and expertise in technology disciplinesExperience with GraphQL, nice to have.Exposure to Machine Learning and GenAI a plus.
