Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal Location: Rancho BernardoHours: Full-time, onsiteSalary Range: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, DOEBenefits:Company-paid health and dental insurance401K with employer matchingFlexible spending accountsPaid time offPaid holidaysCasual attire Practice Areas: Insurance Defense Litigation Key Responsibilities:Draft pleadings, discovery, medical and discovery summaries, demands, and other legal documents.Draft discovery motions, oppositions, and replies.Coordinate, assemble, and prepare documents for production and vestigate facts and laws of cases, search public records and other resources to prepare case analysis reports and determine causes of municate with clients when necessary.Work in a team-based structure.Qualifications:3+ years of litigation experience (required).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills.Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and ensure timely completion.Knowledge of local, state, and federal court rules and filing procedures.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and instruction.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) and Adobe.Team-player attitude and reliability.Prior experience in motion work not required.
