Job Title: Global Program ManagerLocation: Cambridge, MA 02142Duration: 04 MonthsDescription:About the role:Join Client as a Strategic Initiatives Lead where you will coordinate the Indirect Procurement strategic projects by partnering across the various Procurement teams, Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE), relevant corporate function leaders, and the rest of (Global Real Estate Facilities Procurement) GREFP.How you will contribute:Cultivate relationships with the Indirect Procurement Leads, Global Category Managers, DD&T, HR, Finance, Legal, and the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure the efficient & effective delivery of strategic programs.Partner with the GREFP finance partner to ensure accurate and consistent reporting and budget management.Be a steward of the procurement policy and associated SOPs and ensure adherence within the Indirect Procurement categories.Dimensions And AspectsTechnicalFunctional (Line) ExpertiseStrong business and financial acumen relative to the procurement function.Strong technical expertise in program and project depth knowledge of Strategy development and depth knowledge of implementing Lean and Continuous ImprovementIn depth knowledge of Performance managementTrack record of process improvement using disciplined methodology.Leadership:Demonstrate strategic enterprise thinking to find innovative ways to serve the business in a way that centers on patients and builds trust, reputation, and our business.Supports the organization on a change journey with discipline, transparency and authenticity.Focuses on the few priorities that matter most and delivers superior results.Supporting the leadership of the R&D organization through influencing & coaching.Leads stakeholders on a change journey with discipline, transparency, and teraction:Demonstrated abilities in high value projectprogram and change management.Experience in working in global teams across different cultures, functions, hierarchy levels, time zones and munication and coordination skills including stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills such as negotiation, influence and presentation skills.Leadership experience in stakeholder management, governance models and operationalday-to-day supplier managementInnovation:Knowledge of current and emerging trends in procurement and facility management, and best practices and methodologies in program and project managementstrategic sourcing, negotiating, contracting, strategic supplier management, supply chain, and procurement.Knowledge of the latest trends in technology to enable the function and deliver world class services, including Business transformation, AI, Digital, customer experience.Creative and practical problem plexityHighly complex mix of stakeholders across global R&D functions, Regions and Therapeutic areas, andor countries who have both global and local agendas.Highly regulated industry.Minimum RequirementsQualifications:BA or BS required, MBA or Master's Degree preferredAt least 10 years working in biotechpharma industry, or other regulated industries, with experience in procurement supply chain andor facilities operations management and project management.Have in-depth knowledge and 10 years' experience of strategy development & deployment, building teams and capabilities and implementing Lean thinking.Expertise in Change Management and the delivery of sustainable changes.Experience working & cultural diversity understands national and international business practices, customs and markets.Experience with team member management and customer interactionKnowledge of pharmaceutical industry and procurement and other corporate & shared service tasks.
