We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager of Supply Chain to come lead a mid-sized team of planners to optimize inventory and improve forecast accuracy. The Supply Chain Manager - Planning & Inventory will have these responsibilities:Lead and develop the supply chain team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and adherence to safety and quality standards.Oversee supply planning processes, including production scheduling of finished goods, inventory management, and product replenishment from manufacturing facilities to multiple distribution centers.Implement stock optimization programs and coordinate inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing costs.Identify and resolve inefficiencies in the supply chain processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.Participate in and lead S&OP and S&OE processes and meetings to key stakeholders.Analyze data and supply chain performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
