The company would ideally like a candidate with Cargowise experience, but will consider experience with SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or a similar ERP package. This is a critical technology leadership position responsible for leading ERP system Management, developing and mentoring the ERP team, driving continuous improvement initiatives and leading IT ERP service operations. You will lead ERP projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closingtransition-to-run. Ensure system stability and compliance with relevant regulations and security standards. Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand their needs and ensure that the ERP and related systems support their business processes. Lead IT ERP Service Operations: Ensure service excellence and seamless delivery of ERP services. Managing enhancements, new feature development, incidents, and standard change request to be delivered on time. Manage relationship with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
