You will provide strategic leadership, manage grant budgets, and ensure compliance with nonprofit accounting standards. Responsibilities:Provide strategic financial leadership and budgeting.Manage grant budgets and ensure compliance with grantors' guidelines.Oversee financial reporting, audits, and tax filings.Manage payroll, human resources (HR), and IT functions.Ensure adherence to accounting principles and best practices. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus).Minimum 7 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit setting.Proven experience managing grants and ensuring compliance.Strong understanding of GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with financial reporting software (QuickBooks preferred).Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple mitment to cultural competency and a passion for the mission.
