Senior Business Analyst

Allied Resources is hiring a Sr. Business Analyst to analyze project progress, assess risk mitigation strategies, and document business processes for Utility Construction projects. This is a long-term contract position providing excellent base compensation up to $115k to $130k, hybrid schedule, and comprehensive benefits including 401k.Responsibilities:Provide project oversight to requirements gathering, scoping, design, execution, and other critical project activities.Identify and recommend risk mitigation strategies and identify synergy opportunities.Create a host of documentation including checklists, requisitions, contract change requests, material requests, and work order tasks.Develop and maintain business process models and develop functional updates on project progress.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Heavy Industrial Construction.Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.Advanced knowledge of DAX calculations and data modeling.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Allied Resources complies with all Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) affirmative action laws and regulations.
