We seek an individual who is deadline-driven and excels in project management.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Director of Production to translate event concepts into actionable production plans.Oversee and manage all aspects of event production, including logistics, timelines, and budgets.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for events.Ensure communication between various stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.Lead onsite event management, supervising setup, execution, and breakdown.Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to e.g. expenses, and vendor contracts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.Knowledge of AutoCAD preferredStrong project management skills, with a proven track record of executing multiple projects.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules.Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000.
