Come work with a company where people stay for many years!Position: Compensation AnalystCompensation: $60-90K10% bonus based on company performance7% retirement (4%:8% match, 3% safe harbor)2 weeks' vacation; 6 sick (PTO) days, 8 holidays; 2 floating holidaysGenerous and Comprehensive healthcare package'Health club reimbursement; donation matching, STD, LTDHave their own credit unionJob includes:Management of large datasets to track and initiate payments for retirement accountsFunding three days a week- contributions in various plansAnnual funding notice, census collection, dependent on calendar, audits etc.Analysis and distribution of compensation packagesPrep and handle distribution of funds partnering with treasuryWe are looking for:2-3 years of experience in job with a strength in numerical analysis and complianceBachelor's degree preferred; associates acceptable with additional years of experiencePreference to large companies with multiple divisionsIntermediate Excel, pivot, v-lookup, match, basic formulasCultural notes:Wants to hire someone interested in this being their long-term home and being part of the growth of the team and the company.Someone who likes to work hard and really think deeplyWe all get our hands dirty in the work; looking for someone dedicated to high quality workLikes the collaborative approach.
