What you will be doing:In this role, you will be responsible for all food and beverage production and service for the property as directed by hotelcompany leadership. This position is a strategic partner who helps the property achieve its goals by being an advocate, leader, and champion for inspiring achievement in the food & beverage team. The manager supervises all of the food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, lounges, nightclubs, in room dining, kitchens, stewarding, and banquets as applicable for the property. The Director of Food and Beverage must harmonize the culture, mission, values, and quality standards to ensure maximum potential is achieved. This person must create an exceptional climate of professional and personable service that ensures the engagement of employees, guests, and owners. Ensure compliance with federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation and alcohol standards.Requirements:Requirements include basic reading, writing and math skills. You may be required to work nights, weekends, andor holidays.
