Desktop Technician

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Technician for a consulting role based in Newark, DE, with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. This role is critical to our enterprise-wide Windows 11 upgrade project, involving desktop support, deployment management, and softwarehardware inventory control. Exceptional customer service skills are essential.Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive desktop support, ensuring smooth hardware and software deployment, including imaging and setup.Play an integral role in executing a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade across the enterprise.Manage software and hardware inventory, keeping accurate records and ensuring readiness for deployment.Leverage Intune and SCCM for system deployment, patch management, and routine updates.Deliver high-quality, customer-focused technical support, resolving issues promptly and professionally.Requirements:Experience: 3-5 years in hardware and software support, with strong expertise in Windows OS.Technical Skills: Proficiency with Intune and SCCM for imaging, deployment, and patch reporting.Preferred: Experience with VMware or anization: Solid skills in managing software and hardware munication: Strong ability to provide clear, customer-focused support and maintain positive end-user interactions.
