1st Shift Production Supervisor

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Production Supervisor search in the Bedford Heights, OH area.Responsibilities:Will be responsible for mentoring, training, and supervising hourly employees in an assembly and powder coating operation while holding the team accountable to reach production targets.Review daily labor utilization and efficiency reports and make the proper process improvements to maintain run efficiency as stated on the work order.Verify the daily equipment preventive maintenance procedures are being performed on coating and assembly equipmentMeet daily with production support staff to reviewreport on material issues, product build priorities to maintain a consistent flow of product through the manufacturing facility, tooling needs, equipment issues, and personnel concerns.Requirements:Experience as a production supervisor or similar role out of an assembly or powder coating manufacturing operationGood Computer skillsGood leadership skillsAdditional Information:All information will be kept strictly confidentialApplications will not be considered without a ResumeCurriculum Vitae which includes contact informationWho we are:JMI Recruiting Services is a third-party search firm that strategically partners with our clients to recruit exceptional talent nationwide.
