QuaverEd is a rapidly growing education technology company located on Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. We specialize in online educational software for Music, Heath and PE, Pre-K, and SEL. We are seeking a highly motivated Entry-Level Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a passion for working with data, and the ability to derive actionable insights that drive decision-making. Experience:Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field preferred.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle large datasets.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data findings in a clear, understandable way.Enthusiasm for learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.Conduct data analysis using statistical techniques and interpret trends to support business decisions.Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present insights in a clear, concise manner.Assist in identifying patterns, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and support their initiatives with relevant insights.Maintain documentation of data processes, methodologies, and findings.Participate in special projects as needed.The person must be located in the Nashville, TN area.If you do not meet all of our requirements but feel confident in your abilities andor experience, please apply anyway.QuaverEd, Inc. offers an excellent benefits package including, 80 hours of vacation per year, 12 paid holidays, 60 hours of sick leave, subsidized health care up to $7,200 per year, subsidized life insurance, a 401(k) program with no participation fees, and a collegial, supporting atmosphere.QuaverEd, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, or genetic information.
