We will not waste your time.POSITION: PRODUCT MANAGERLocation: Sunnyvale, CAExperience: 7 to 15 yearsDutiesResponsibilitiesLead the product lifecycle from initial planning through delivery and launch.Define product requirements based on in-depth market research and customer demand.Prioritize and maintain the product feature backlog.Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver products within scope and timelines.Partner with marketing and sales teams to create compelling product demos.Participate in client review sessions and roadmap discussions.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math); an MBA is highly preferred.7+ years of overall experience, with a minimum of 5 years in product engineering and 2+ years in product management.Proven experience in SaaS product development and product management.Experience with knowledge management or content management is a strong advantage.Familiarity with Conversational AI and AIML product feature development is a plus.Proven experience working with high-performance, scalable cloud technologies and architectures.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Our Hiring Process is "Easy with eGain"Step 1: Written test (should take roughly 120 minutes of your time)Aptitude sectionFunctional sectionWe will let you know within 2 business days of your taking the test if you have progressed to the interview stage.
