On Site Sim Lab Manager

Pomeroy Technologies is seeking a qualified applicant join our team as a Onsite Laboratory Manager in our Mooresville, N.C. location.This position is a Full Time Benefitted position.Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and generous PTO.Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Pay: Commensurate to experience.This position does involve periodic travel approximately 25%Job DescriptionOnsite Lab ManagerThe Lab Manager will manage the current ADUSAS Emerald labs as well as future ADUSAS Emerald labs with the scope including:Must be physically present in the Mooresville, NC SIM Center lab as primary frequent visits to other ADUSAS locations will be required periodically.o Quincy, MA - labs mainly for QA Testing, DEV Testing, and demo purposes.o Scarborough, ME - labs mainly for Dev testing and demo purposes.o Carlisle, PA - labs mainly for Dev Testing and demo purposes.o Giant Landover, PA - demo purposes only.o Greenville, SC - Fuel - Dev Testing targeted for 2026.The Lab Manager in Mooresville will ensure the labs are fully functional at all times with tasks including but not limited to:§ Imaging servers replacing equipment.§ Loading pin pads, replacing failed equipment.§ Setting up new lanes when needed.§ Any other tasks identified by ADUSAS as necessary to support lab equipment as directed by the ADUSAS test and deployment teams.The Lab Manager may need to work with the AUSAS (networking team when networking (firewall, switch, etc.) related issues arise.The Lab Manager will interface with Jeff Miller's Sim Center management team.There are currently (22) Emerald labs across the multiple locations listed below with additional labs expected.Mooresville, NC SIM Center - this is where the heavy and primary testing takes place.Experience:Loading & replacing pin pads: 4 years (Preferred)imaging, configuring and replacing servers: 4 years (Preferred)Tier II Desktop: 4 years (Preferred)Tier I & II troubleshooting & diagnostic: 4 years (Preferred)Retail POS: 4 years (Preferred)installing tracing cable: 4 years (Preferred)data back up restore: 4 years (Preferred)Windows OS: 1 year (Preferred)
